This Code Retrieval Service from Memory Dump only applies to the basic EEprom / I2C types as shown below. If you are requiring a code for a different chipset, then please contact us for further information. By now, you will have read your EEprom, checked the contents to ensure that it is a valid read (and not full of FF`s), and have saved it somewhere on your computer.

Please fill out this form with as much information as possible. In order for us to identify a cloned or corrupted dump, we also require the serial number and part number of the unit, as this can be checked and verified at the same time. It also helps us to identify any corrupt or bad data if we know what programmer you are using and which device type you have selected to read with.

Once the form has been filled out, you will be directed to our checkout where payment can be made. Shortly afterwards you will receive two emails from us, one is an invoice for your records, and the other is your memory dump submission approval. All you need to do is attatch a copy of your memory dump file to this email and reply to the sender. It is as easy as that.
