In Car Entertainment Repair Service Welcome to our Service and Repair Department for In Car Entertainment

All of our staff have been technically trained and certified by many of the leading Car Audio Manufacturers in Servicing and Repairing their products.

Because it can often be very difficult to give an accurate diagnosis of a fault by a simple description, we are unable to provide any estimates for repair without first inspecting your unit. If your send us your unit, we will inspect it, and give you a FREE ESTIMATE of what it will cost to repair it. Should you decline the estimate, then the only charge that is made is the fee for the return courier. We do not charge any admin fees.

Please make sure that you include any Radio Code numbers that you may have, as if we have to Decode your unit in order to perform any diagnostics, then we will have to apply a charge for this additional service. Full details of our Decoding charges can be found on our website. If your Stereo is Codelocked, please E-Mail us for an unlocking and reset charge prior to sending us your unit.

Important: Intermittent Faults

Please note that we are unable to investigate any intermittent faults. We can only diagnose and investigate a fault that is presented to us on the test bench. If a unit is functioning when we plug it in, then we are obviously unable to trace any fault if there is no fault there to be seen. Whilst we appreciate that this can appear to be a little frustrating, we would like to point out that it would also be prohibitively expensive for our technicians to simply sit there and watch a working unit in the vague hope that an intermittent fault may, or may not appear. If you have an intermittent fault that only shows itself every so often, then we would ask you to keep hold of the unit until the fault is either permanent, or can be recreated under a very specific set of instructions for us to replicate here. Apologies if this causes any inconvenience.

Then this is what you need to do:


1)
If we have already indicated a rough guide price for repair (we may for common faults) then please enter the price we have given into the box below, where it says PRICE. If we have not given you a price, then simply leave this box blank.

2)
If you are sending Multiple Radios to us at once, please select the QUANTITY of how many you are sending, as this will then automatically calculate the return courier charge, which will be added at the checkout.

3)
Select ADD TO CART and proceed to the checkout pages, where you will be asked to fill out your contact details and select your payment method.

4)
The final checkout page will have a box for you to include any fault details, code details or special instructions where necessary. Please add as much information as possible, as simply saying "Doesn`t Work" is of no real help to us. The more descriptive you are, the faster we can diagnose the fault, and the cheaper your repair will be.

5)
Print off a copy of the invoice, enclose it with your radio and send it to the address shown. Please ensure that your Unit it is safely wrapped in loads of Bubble Wrap, or similar, placed in a sturdy box and then post it to us by some means that not only has a trackable number but also requires a signature when delivered at our end. If you do not have your own Courier facilities, then the Post Office can often provide a number of solutions. Recorded Special Delivery allows you to add extra insurance should you wish, but can be expensive if the parcel exceeds 2Kg. If your parcel is over this weight, ask the Post Office for Parcelforce 48 as can often be much cheaper. They will seldom offer this service without you asking for it.

6)
Once we have received your unit, we will then contact you via E-Mail with an Estimated price for repair, and once the price is agreed, we will then repair the unit, process the payment, and then dispatch the item back to you along with a 3 month Warranty.
