As originally fitted to the:

Suzuki 2015

Please note that code entry is only possible when the keypad is shown in the display. Contrary to popular belief, the Suzuki range of Navigation systems do not have an unlimited number of code entry attempts and will generally stop allowing any further codes to be entered after five incorrect attempts. If you have been messing about then you may have forced it to display SYSTEM HAS BEEN LOCKED - PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DEALER.

If you have lost your radio code, or if your Navigation System displays SYSTEM HAS BEEN LOCKED, we can decode and reset this radio, but you will need to send the unit to our workshop for this work to be carried out. Because this is such a complex procedure to carry out, the approx turnaround time is 72 hours from receipt to dispatch.

We are one of the few companies globally that can recover an Suzuki unit from SYSTEM HAS BEEN LOCKED, and our success rate is reasonably good, but getting to this stage does mean that salvaging your radio is actually now beyond the scope of the majority of Suzuki Main Dealers and most of the professional Decoders.

Removal of the radio is fairly straightforward. This radio is bolted in place by four bolts, and these will be hidden beneath the dashboard trim. Removal of the trim will depend largely on the vehicle it is fitted to, but should not present any real problems. Please consult your service manual if you are unsure how to go about this. Once the four bolts that secure the radio frame have been removed, the stereo will come out in a rather large lump and can then be unplugged.

Code Entry as Follows:

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" PLEASE ENTER SECURITY PIN "
Enter CODE in the order it is read:
For Example, to Enter Code 1234

If the correct code number is now shown
